LinkedIn job search URL parameters
Every filter you click on LinkedIn Jobs ends up as a parameter in the address bar. Once you know them, you can edit a search by hand or save dozens of searches as plain links. These are the ones that matter:
| Parameter | What it does | Example |
|---|---|---|
keywords | Job title, skill or company name. | keywords=data%20analyst |
location | City, region or country, as you type it in LinkedIn. | location=Berlin |
f_TPR | Posted within a number of seconds. The r is required. | f_TPR=r3600 (past hour) |
f_WT | Workplace: 1 on-site, 2 remote, 3 hybrid. | f_WT=2%2C3 |
f_E | Experience: 1 internship, 2 entry, 3 associate, 4 mid-senior, 5 director, 6 executive. | f_E=2%2C3 |
f_JT | Job type: F full-time, P part-time, C contract, T temporary, I internship, V volunteer. | f_JT=F%2CC |
distance | Radius around the location, in miles. | distance=25 |
f_AL | Easy Apply jobs only. | f_AL=true |
f_JIYN | Jobs with fewer than 10 applicants. | f_JIYN=true |
sortBy | DD sorts by most recent. R sorts by relevance. | sortBy=DD |
Several values in one group are joined with a comma, which shows up as
%2C in the link. Order does not matter.
Why the posted-within filter matters
Popular roles collect hundreds of applications in the first day. Recruiters often read the first batch and stop. Searching the past hour or the past few hours puts you in that first batch. A good routine is to save a past-2-hours link for each target role and open it a few times a day.
The time window counts from when a job was posted or reposted. A job that a company reposts shows up again as new, so check the "Reposted" label on the job card.
Common time values for f_TPR
- Past hour:
r3600 - Past 6 hours:
r21600 - Past 24 hours:
r86400 - Past week:
r604800 - Past month:
r2592000
To get another window, multiply the number of hours by 3,600.

Frequently asked questions
How do I see LinkedIn jobs posted in the last hour?
LinkedIn only offers past 24 hours, past week and past month in its menu. The f_TPR parameter in the URL takes any number of seconds, so f_TPR=r3600 shows jobs from the past hour. Pick "Past hour" above and open the link, or replace the f_TPR value in your own search URL.
Does the custom time filter still work in 2026?
Yes. LinkedIn reads f_TPR from the address bar on every search page. When the value is not one of its menu options, the Date posted filter can look empty, but the results still follow the window in the URL. Sort by most recent to check the post times.
Can I combine remote and hybrid in one search?
Yes. Select both and the builder writes f_WT=2,3 (encoded as 2%2C3). The same works for several experience levels or job types. LinkedIn shows jobs that match any of the selected values in a group.
Why does LinkedIn show fewer jobs than the count it reports?
LinkedIn stops after about 1,000 results for one search, even when the header shows a larger number. Narrow the search with a shorter time window, a city instead of a country, or more specific keywords to see everything.
How do I get these jobs into a spreadsheet?
Copy the URL into the LinkedIn Jobs Scraper on Apify. It returns each job with title, company, location, salary when listed, description and apply link as CSV, Excel or JSON. You need no LinkedIn account. Fields that a job does not list, such as salary, come back empty.
Is this tool free, and does it see my searches?
It is free. The URL is built in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to our server or to LinkedIn until you open the link yourself.
