We counted the posts from the last 30 days (up to 25 per phrase) and read each one to check that a real buyer wrote it. The list is sorted by the number of buyer posts. Keep the quotes: without them, Reddit returns mostly unrelated posts.

• Distrust runs high after upsells and failed repairs. Offer a second opinion or a photo review, not a sales visit.
• Trade subs like r/hvacadvice ban self-promotion. Give the technical answer there and let your profile do the rest.
